The corrosion resistance of zirconium is better than titanium, niobium, tantalum, special ability of hydrochloric acid and sulphuric acid,soluble in hydrofluoric acid and aqua regia. In high temperature zirconium can strongly absorb nitrogen,hydrogen, oxygen and other gases.
